Overview Perspective & Review of Chat Room, Algos, Trades and Alerts:

I look to oil related trades as my bread and butter. Now that our other algos are starting to perform like EPIC I’ll be trading with the other five over the coming next few weeks. I mention that because oil of course has lost $UWTI and $DWTI and they were wayyyy better for my style than $UCO (as it relates to oil related).

The market as a whole continues on our pre-election call (that came from FREEDOM the $SPY Algo) of all time highs and a face ripping rally.

Gold and Silver are still in the price target called by our algos months ago (ROSIE the Gold Algo and SuperNova Silver Algo).

Waiting for confirmation for long trades – there’s a warning of a possible downdraft from ROSIE before a rally to bottom of quadrant so I’m waiting patiently).

Volatility $VIX came per our Vexatious $VIX Algo alert yesterday – shoulda lol. Nailing it all the time like the other algos.

$USD/JPY our algo $DXY_USDindex has been all over hitting the move perfect for months – so here also waiting for the inflection point.

Other than my quick oil trade and the algos nailing it – I was pretty quiet. The market is on fire no doubt.

Primary Lessons That May Help Your Trades:

There were pockets on fire in the market and $SPY per above and $VIX moved per algo call so I missed those. Crude I played a tight play – should really only play the margins of the trading width as they relate also to the algo targets.

Looking Forward:

There are a tonne of set-ups in the market right now. Still on my watch are emerging markets $EEM and others mentioned in previous. Dips on $GOLD are being bought vs.selling the rips (so this by default plays in to $SILVER) $NATGAS hit resistance and it showed so watching $DGAZ and $UGAZ on the break-out side. $USOIL $WTI is dialed in with EPIC the Oil Algo perfect so machines have been on since mid November break-out.

$NATGAS – we’re working on an algo for natural gas but it’s still not there – but it is starting to hit calls – just not 80 – 93% like the others.

I took a late day $JDST long entry (which is tough because they’re buying the dips in $GOLD now but I see $USD/JPY not quite done – we’ll see – likely overtrading).

I am still holding $JUNO and $CBMX. $JUNO I’ll likely re-hit. When I trade a wash-out as a swing I’m prepared for a 1000 then 3000 then 5000 ish entry as pull backs occur (you” see this if you follow my trades). My video series on our You Tube channel of the $SKLN trade covers it in detail (really raw). Which by the way I have $SKLN on watch again here too.

$JUNO A washout swing I’m in that I just about hit for 3x today but didn’t. Holding.

Primary Lessons That May Help Your Trades:

$JDST I sold a tad early (a habit I need to break and refine)… but a profit is just that (same story as $SGY on Monday). My original entries did not give me a 4 to 1 minimum risk reward. They are starting to buy the $GOLD dips instead of selling the rips so my $JDST risk-reward potential WAS NOT 4 to 1 (in a high probability way) which (as noted yesterday) breaks a primary trading rule.

$CBMX swing go a nice 10% pop today and $JUNO had some down draft but you’ll see the instutional guys hammer down.

My $UCO trade was tight – didn’t see the pop in Oil I though we’d see. And as was my $DRYS and $ATW entries.

Today was a day I should have caught the momos… ESPECIALLY $NVCN IT WAS ON MY PREMARKET WATCHLIST!!!

Looking Forward:

There are a tonne of set-ups in the market right now. Still on my watch are; emerging markets, $EEM, $LPCN, $DVAX, $DNAI and my buddy’s $SRPT and others are setting up. Dips on $GOLD are being bought vs.selling the rips (so this by default plays in to $SILVER) $NATGAS hit resistance and it showed so watching $DGAZ and $UGAZ on the break-out side. $USOIL $WTI is dialed in with EPIC the Oil Algo perfect so machines have been on since Nov 30 break-out (so this makes trading oil related easier for me) and I’m not sure what $SPY will do.

Monday morning I sold off my $SGY swing position from last Thursday average 7.09 cost basis at 8.295 for a tidy profit (it was a larger swing entry). I also scalped $AGIO wash-out that I expected a snap back in. I took a late day $JDST long entry (which is tough because they’re buying the dips in $GOLD now but I see $USD/JPY not quite done – we’ll see – likely overtrading) and I am still holding $JUNO and $CBMX.

Primary Lessons That May Help Your Trades:

Friday was very quiet for me. The Italy referendum was on deck, $USOIL $WTI Oil was at it’s Fib and algo resistance and $GOLD $SILVER were in holding patterns (getting jiggy), $GDX miner’s were starting to get jumpy and the morning momo’s were not set-up extremely well (although some morning momo traders I know did get some scalps – most of those specific traders seen red momo morning).

I am still holding $CBMX, $JUNO and $SGY.

Primary Lessons That May Help Your Trades:

No lessons Friday from my trades as I was waiting for trend confirmations (inflection point in markets). I did have one trader DM me and challenge me on my sitting on hands with $SILVER and $GOLD etc…. I simply responded that when it’s time to hammer down I will stay in the trend and add at pull-backs and that time is easily made up for.

Overview Perspective & Review of Chart Room, Trades and Alerts:

Today was for me was $UCO long earlier in day that went well and $SGY entry that is a bag. I looked up my bad holding from last 12 months and I got out of 13 of 15 so hopefully this is the case with $SGY. I now have $JUNO, $CBMX and $SGY (3 current bags).

 

Primary Lessons That May Help Your Trades:

The $UCO trade was executed well – just wish it was larger. The $SGY trade was executed poorly – I went in to FOMO mode right at high of day because the tape was squeezing and oil was close to another break-out and to add to it I didn’t cut fast. But I did hold because I have traded it before – it does spike and I think oil early next year has a high probability of 60+. I have other reasons for holding too – but I should have cut. My $JUNO trade is a bottom trade that I’m comfortable with holding. All in all a fairly undisciplined day – not my style normally.

From Tuesday:

Today was a day of review of inflecton point charts in $USD/JPY, $SILVER, $GOLD, $DXY, $SPY, $NATGAS etc. Spent some time in the afternoon going over levels to watch.

Trader’s were obviously aware of levels Wednesday when morning run-up occurred and OPEC deal came being that we reviewed oil algo targets / charting etc day befo

Nobody nowhere ever has EPIC hit rate – none.

And @RosietheAlgo and @SuperNovaAlgo won’t be far behind. The other three are likely a few months yet. Existing subs will be grandfathered (which is how it will work with all our algos as they roll out).

Why am I on about all this? Cause we get a lot of “special” people on social media etc… gets a little long in the tooth sometimes.

From Tuesday:

Also, we are waiting for OPEC decision. I am long $UWTI from late Friday.

Wednesday was in fact about oil. Epic nailed the target at 10:30 predicted last week on his feed and we reviewed in detail the new algo targets. It was also about oil companies and shippers got a bit jiggy and yes $GENE and $SCON got ramp room.

I see $GOLD and $SILVER are once again testing Rosie and SuperNova’s price targets in overnight.

Primary Lessons That May Help Your Trades:

My $UWTI long…I sold too early – I can do the math on the algo but I can’t trade it like I know math. Pure and simple.

$GOLD and $SILVER per previous comments;

So far we’ve play $GOLD and $SILVER right waiting for the inflection trend reverse.

$SPY per previous comments;

I haven’t taken a trade on recently, perhaps should have entered on this most recent pull-back, looking for position soon again.

Previous comments;

The $SPY play I had set properly prior to election has played out exactly as predicted and didn’t really capitalize like I could have so far – but it hasn’t exactly been a face ripper like Brexit or last Jan or last Sept (all of which I caught) – it’s been much more orderly so I’ve spent my energy preparing for the trend reverse.

I AM GOING LONG $SPY SOON. And then it should tank sometime between Christmas and May – we’ll see. Should.

I should also say I will be hammering down on some longer term swing plays soon. Time-frame likely 2 weeks to 4 months type of plays. Market is improving. Looking for other side of inflection of course. Why do I emphasize that soooo much??? Because if you’ve been following me at all you will know I’ve been scalping only for months. There’s a time to scalp a time to swing and a time to hammer down. SO YOU WILL SEE A DIFFERENT TRADER WHEN IT COMES TO SWINGS ETC. MUCH bigger entries and LONGER HOLDS and ESCALATED ENTRIES. I scalp to stay in the market when its f’d and I like to keep in the heartbeat and I like to reset my basics and discipline etc etc. Anyway, I believe I can see the directions in general terms fairly clear now whereas the last 18 months has been off for me – I didn’t like Obama at all. Zero. None. Ugh. Terrible. I’m not a left or right I’m a capitalist I guess so more right but a lot of me is left so I’m me. I just didn’t like his ways.Trump will be much more predictable and capitalist predictable I guess is what I’m saying. Just want to make it clear so any that aren’t clear have it clear clear clear cause I can’t stand “you didn’t tell me or you told me this” comments. Hate them. Hate. 🙂 I go out of my way to be clear. 🙂 🙂

Today was a day of review of inflecton point charts in $USD/JPY, $SILVER, $GOLD, $DXY, $SPY, $NATGAS etc. Spent some time in the afternoon going over levels to watch. As we get in to Dec with members only I will be reviewing in more depth including algorithm details. So this will be normal practice in quiet periods in room. I am also booking some guest speakers for those times.

Also, we are waiting for OPEC decison. I am long $UWTI from late Friday.

And then there were the Shippers and some BIO runners today for those of us tired of sitting on our hands during inflection – I made my donation – twice.

Primary Lessons That May Help Your Trades:

My $UWTI long… previous comments;

I took a trade on $UWTI at the wrong time on the chart – didn’t get on right side of it. I sold in morning to be sure I got out (OPEC has me pensive) and then took a position later when it “looked like” price action was going to get away on me —-> FOMO is what that is called. Oh well, can’t win them all – haven’t lost it yet – but definitely on wrong side of trade so far and that’s not the edge a trader wants.

So now it’s hard to say – in overnight trading oil is up 4.83%.

$GOLD and $SILVER per previous comments;

So far we’ve play $GOLD and $SILVER right waiting for the inflection trend reverse.

$SPY, I haven’t taken a trade on recently, perhaps should have entered on this most recent pull-back, looking for position soon again. Previous comments;

The $SPY play I had set properly prior to election has played out exactly as predicted and didn’t really capitalize like I could have so far – but it hasn’t exactly been a face ripper like Brexit or last Jan or last Sept (all of which I caught) – it’s been much more orderly so I’ve spent my energy preparing for the trend reverse.

$CBMX, this is my LESSON OF THE DAY. I don’t know how many times I have to learn this one…. cut fast. Anyway, I’m under water on it so we’ll see. It is a smaller position in my swing account so it isn’t that concerning but still a bad move. The way I play this is to hammer down two more times at inflection points on the wash-out with tight stops.

Overview Perspective of Chart Room, Trades and Alerts:

Second quiet day in a row for me. There were some runners today $PZRX, $AIRI, $EPIX $HTBX, $TIME and a few more…. but didn’t catch any – small cap bios really. $GLBS got halted and offering of course and tank – a LESSON THERE FOR SURE – very dangerous plays they are. I love the GURUS that post their short positions after the halt – whatever. And the standard plays (Gold, Silver, Dollar, etc) we work with are still at inflection but it looks like that’s almost over. Tomorrow is GDP and EIA and other interesting things like OPEC are coming soon.

Friday was a super calm day. Not a lot to report but there were some important trading lessons.

Primary Lessons That May Help Your Trades:

I took a long trade on $UWTI (yes I know it is delisting). My play is a 6 to 1 risk reward (considering OPEC meetings) that as of writing (3:41 am Monday) my trade is going against me. I may enter again long or cut – I haven’t decided. I entered also thinking I may get a bounce at diagonal trend line (blue) just below my trade (chart below) but it didn’t bounce – but I held thinking I may re-enter another long early in week. Interestingly price did hit one of Epic the Oil Algo’s price targets. Anyway, looks like I’m on wrong side of it so we’ll see.

$JUNO (chart below) I got out of my swing trade for a profit and will watch for a possible re-enter. My pre market blog post will have technicals and what to watch for.

$SKLN – the 200 day got under stock price on the 3 minute AND I MISSED IT! A BIG MISTAKE! And what made it worse is GSCT in the room even alerted us…. ugh. YOU NEVER WANT TO MISS THE 200 Day on the 3 min 5 or 15 getting under price on these wash-outs – huge mistake.

And I completed my video uploads from my $SKLN trade last week – lots of indicator lessons packed in to these videos!
