Private Capital Fund / Personal Trading Going Forward:

The private capital fund will bring slight changes.

The financing of our business build-out was planned to occur by way of either retail memberships, institutional memberships or private fund trading. The retail market is still early and slow on the uptake of the requirement toward #IA intelligent assisted trade (within six years our estimation is that most retails traders will all need it, but until then we’re not waiting and we’ll just be ready on the other side of that awareness curve). The institutional membership growth has been strong and to be sure we meet our growth trajectory goals (development completion timeline targets for launch of digital “intelligent assistance” #AI algorithm models) we are engaging the implementation of a private capital fund.

A few things of consideration:

  1. Following my trades is never condoned. Trade alerts are for the purpose of alerting awareness to something important occurring so that a member can form a thesis of trade and they are also for the purpose of learning when I win and win I fail. This (following trades) will be more difficult going forward because my frequency of trade will increase also.
  2. Trade Alerts. The trade alerts (swing and day) are not guaranteed at any time (in and/or out) however, it is important to note that with a much higher frequency of trade I will be alerting only those trades I expect to last a few hours or longer. If you ask me for targets or thesis type questions on the alert feeds or otherwise it is unlikely you will receive a response. Trade review videos will be posted for that purpose as required.
  3. Type of Trades. We will be trading the algorithm models (the seven we have), day trading and swing trading for the fund.
  4. Trade Sizing. When I alert to the trading room or on a feed I will be alerting the size only specific to the membership base trading. In other words, the size of trade in our private fund is not disclosed.
  5. ROI Objective. We are trading under the goal / target of returning 100% per month. 50% would be very good and 25% is the minimum goal. So at minimum we are looking for 25% ROI per month compounded over 24 months. The fund size and/ or members will not be disclosed.
  6. Term of Project. The term is 24 months (as mentioned above). It is a personal & stakeholder legacy fund / goal retirement project. Others we train as we progress will continue the legacy fund thereafter (as will they continue with our trading services at large).
  7. Trading Platform on Screen. You may see at times (when I am trading my small daytrading account) my actual IB trading platform on the screen. When I trade my accounts (any of them) they may or may not be connected to various other private fund accounts (at different percentages etc).
  8. Sizing Considerations. Because we are also trading a private fund, there will be trades we cannot take that I may otherwise take because the fund trade size will make it difficult for me to chip in and out of and other related liquidity issues.

Recent / Current Holds, Open and Closed Trades

Small loss on Friday in $SQ and hold small position in $NUGT and previous swings $AAOI and $SPPI. Flat oil trade overnight.

Per previous;

1/10 size Gold and $NUGT still long, yesterday nailed $VIX short at open SS $TVIX and $VIX inverse with $XIV – still hold 50% of $XIV swing position from yesterday and holds over time $AAOI and $SPPI.

In a 1/10 long Gold position under water on, 1/10 $NUGT, hit a morning momo trade yesterday in $FSLR and still holding $AAOI and $SPPI.

Closed my $DWT and CL trades from Friday on Monday when internet got back up for wins.

Wednesday $CMG trade went well for the win, $DWT (oil short) trade went well for the win, and the crypto exchange(s) crash caused some losses on some accounts but we did manage to get out on most accounts. We had a problem with five (more on this soon).

Closed oil short for nice win after adding 2/10. Close $AMMJ swing for small win. $XNET win yesterday was sweet technically. And Bitcoin we are absolutely killing it.

If you are new to our trading service you should review recent blog posts, the Compound Trading YouTube Channel and at minimum our algorithm Twitter feeds because they do tell a story in terms of the market and how the inflections of the market determine our day to day trading. You will notice the algorithmic modelling has been undeniably accurate with many time-frames (intra-day, weeks and months out) so I myself have learned to respect their math (they have taken me from a 60% hit rate to 80%+ in my trading – all publicly posted live trades).

Momentum Stocks (Market Open and Intra-Day):

I do trade morning momo stocks, but I do avoid risk – so often I avoid the first 30 minutes (gap and go) and trade momentum stocks later in the day after the wash-out looking for a snap-back. Just prior to open and shortly after open I post momentum stocks to the trade chat room (and Twitter and Stocktwits if I have time).

Free scanners to find momentum stocks that you can easily review charts of for indicators that bring probability of your trade being successful up considerably. These are not useful for first 30 minute market open gap and go type plays (you need a good momentum scanner, level 2, and best to have hot-keys for the first 30 mins of gap and go trading)… but are very useful for intra day scalping and swing trading (start with trending stocks and then look at indicators intra for simple set-ups – study scan study scan study scan).

Closed my $DWT and CL trades from Friday on Monday when internet got back up for wins.

Wednesday $CMG trade went well for the win, $DWT (oil short) trade went well for the win, and the crypto exchange(s) crash caused some losses on some accounts but we did manage to get out on most accounts. We had a problem with five (more on this soon).

Closed oil short for nice win after adding 2/10. Close $AMMJ swing for small win. $XNET win yesterday was sweet technically. And Bitcoin we are absolutely killing it.

Private Capital Fund / Personal Trading Going Forward:

The private capital fund will bring slight changes.

The financing of our business build-out was planned to occur by way of either retail memberships, institutional memberships or private fund trading. The retail market is still early and slow on the uptake of the requirement toward #IA intelligent assisted trade (within six years our estimation is that most retails traders will all need it, but until then we’re not waiting and we’ll just be ready on the other side of that awareness curve). The institutional membership growth has been strong and to be sure we meet our growth trajectory goals (development completion timeline targets for launch of digital “intelligent assistance” #AI algorithm models) we are engaging the implementation of a private capital fund.

A few things of consideration:

  1. Following my trades is never condoned. Trade alerts are for the purpose of alerting awareness to something important occurring so that a member can form a thesis of trade and they are also for the purpose of learning when I win and win I fail. This (following trades) will be more difficult going forward because my frequency of trade will increase also.
  2. Trade Alerts. The trade alerts (swing and day) are not guaranteed at any time (in and/or out) however, it is important to note that with a much higher frequency of trade I will be alerting only those trades I expect to last a few hours or longer. If you ask me for targets or thesis type questions on the alert feeds or otherwise it is unlikely you will receive a response. Trade review videos will be posted for that purpose as required.
  3. Type of Trades. We will be trading the algorithm models (the seven we have), day trading and swing trading for the fund.
  4. Trade Sizing. When I alert to the trading room or on a feed I will be alerting the size only specific to the membership base trading. In other words, the size of trade in our private fund is not disclosed.
  5. ROI Objective. We are trading under the goal / target of returning 100% per month. 50% would be very good and 25% is the minimum goal. So at minimum we are looking for 25% ROI per month compounded over 24 months. The fund size and/ or members will not be disclosed.
  6. Term of Project. The term is 24 months (as mentioned above). It is a personal & stakeholder legacy fund / goal retirement project. Others we train as we progress will continue the legacy fund thereafter (as will they continue with our trading services at large).
  7. Trading Platform on Screen. You may see at times (when I am trading my small daytrading account) my actual IB trading platform on the screen. When I trade my accounts (any of them) they may or may not be connected to various other private fund accounts (at different percentages etc).
  8. Sizing Considerations. Because we are also trading a private fund, there will be trades we cannot take that I may otherwise take because the fund trade size will make it difficult for me to chip in and out of and other related liquidity issues.

Private Capital Fund / Personal Trading Going Forward:

The private capital fund will bring slight changes.

The financing of our business build-out was planned to occur by way of either retail memberships, institutional memberships or private fund trading. The retail market is still early and slow on the uptake of the requirement toward #IA intelligent assisted trade (within six years our estimation is that most retails traders will all need it, but until then we’re not waiting and we’ll just be ready on the other side of that awareness curve). The institutional membership growth has been strong and to be sure we meet our growth trajectory goals (development completion timeline targets for launch of digital “intelligent assistance” #AI algorithm models) we are engaging the implementation of a private capital fund.

A few things of consideration:

  1. Following my trades is never condoned. Trade alerts are for the purpose of alerting awareness to something important occurring so that a member can form a thesis of trade and they are also for the purpose of learning when I win and win I fail. This (following trades) will be more difficult going forward because my frequency of trade will increase also.
  2. Trade Alerts. The trade alerts (swing and day) are not guaranteed at any time (in and/or out) however, it is important to note that with a much higher frequency of trade I will be alerting only those trades I expect to last a few hours or longer. If you ask me for targets or thesis type questions on the alert feeds or otherwise it is unlikely you will receive a response. Trade review videos will be posted for that purpose as required.
  3. Type of Trades. We will be trading the algorithm models (the seven we have), day trading and swing trading for the fund.
  4. Trade Sizing. When I alert to the trading room or on a feed I will be alerting the size only specific to the membership base trading. In other words, the size of trade in our private fund is not disclosed.
  5. ROI Objective. We are trading under the goal / target of returning 100% per month. 50% would be very good and 25% is the minimum goal. So at minimum we are looking for 25% ROI per month compounded over 24 months. The fund size and/ or members will not be disclosed.
  6. Term of Project. The term is 24 months (as mentioned above). It is a personal & stakeholder legacy fund / goal retirement project. Others we train as we progress will continue the legacy fund thereafter (as will they continue with our trading services at large).
  7. Trading Platform on Screen. You may see at times (when I am trading my small daytrading account) my actual IB trading platform on the screen. When I trade my accounts (any of them) they may or may not be connected to various other private fund accounts (at different percentages etc).
  8. Sizing Considerations. Because we are also trading a private fund, there will be trades we cannot take that I may otherwise take because the fund trade size will make it difficult for me to chip in and out of and other related liquidity issues.

US Dollar $DXY flat at 93.18 up slightly from Tues 93.06. Oil $USOIL $WTI 56.88 under considerable pressure, Gold / Silver moderate – Gold intra day trading 1262.53 from 1273.90 yesterday. $SPY moderate and under some pressure the last three days, $BTCUSD $XBTUSD 1270.40 up from 1191.00 yesterday and $VIX trading 11.5 up slightly from 11.3 yesterday at the same time.

In a 1/10 long Gold position off slightly, 1/10 $NUGT from yesterday off slightly, actually lost an oil trade in overnight (yes odd), and still holding $AAOI and $SPPI.

Per previous;

Closed my $DWT and CL trades from Friday on Monday when internet got back up for wins.

Wednesday $CMG trade went well for the win, $DWT (oil short) trade went well for the win, and the crypto exchange(s) crash caused some losses on some accounts but we did manage to get out on most accounts. We had a problem with five (more on this soon).

Closed oil short for nice win after adding 2/10. Close $AMMJ swing for small win. $XNET win yesterday was sweet technically. And Bitcoin we are absolutely killing it.

Another great run in Bitcoin trading?? $BTC #Bitcoin $XBTUSD #Crypto

That worked out well. At 7pm (arrow) I hit buy every time a tick would flash red . Worked out. $BTC #Bitcoin $XBTUSD 10,000!

If you are new to our trading service you should review recent blog posts, the Compound Trading YouTube Channel and at minimum our algorithm Twitter feeds because they do tell a story in terms of the market and how the inflections of the market determine our day to day trading. You will notice the algorithmic modelling has been undeniably accurate with many time-frames (intra-day, weeks and months out) so I myself have learned to respect their math (they have taken me from a 60% hit rate to 80%+ in my trading – all publicly posted live trades).

I do trade morning momo stocks, but I do avoid risk – so often I avoid the first 30 minutes (gap and go) and trade momentum stocks later in the day after the wash-out looking for a snap-back. Free scanners to find momentum stocks that you can easily review charts of for indicators that bring probability of your trade being successful up considerably. These are not useful for first 30 minute market open gap and go type plays (you need a good momentum scanner, level 2, and best to have hot-keys for the first 30 mins of gap and go trading)… but are very useful for intra day scalping and swing trading (start with trending stocks and then look at indicators intra for simple set-ups – study scan study scan study scan).

Closed my $DWT and CL trades from Friday on Monday when internet got back up for wins.

Per previous;

Wednesday $CMG trade went well for the win, $DWT (oil short) trade went well for the win, and the crypto exchange(s) crash caused some losses on some accounts but we did manage to get out on most accounts. We had a problem with five (more on this soon).

Closed oil short for nice win after adding 2/10. Close $AMMJ swing for small win. $XNET win yesterday was sweet technically. And Bitcoin we are absolutely killing it.

That worked out well. At 7pm (arrow) I hit buy every time a tick would flash red . Worked out. $BTC #Bitcoin $XBTUSD 10,000!

Market open win long $XNET when shorties over stayed their welcome. Beat em with technical know how. Video on deck that explains in detail as it played out live.

Opened 1/10 oil short this morning in premarket – likely hit $DWT hard soon, long Bitcoin yesterday through to bottom and released all but 30% or so on most accounts near recent highs, still in small $VRX, small $SPPI, and $AAOI looking for the run north in to the gap.

Closed $AMBA, $VRX, $LCADF for nice gains. Had a small loss on oil short last week $DWT. Traded Bitcoin all weekend for significant gains in the accounts.

Stocks making the biggest moves premarket: SNAP, MCD, AZO, TOL and more –

If you are new to our trading service you should review recent blog posts, the Compound Trading YouTube Channel and at minimum our algorithm Twitter feeds because they do tell a story in terms of the market and how the inflections of the market determine our day to day trading. You will notice the algorithmic modelling has been undeniably accurate with many time-frames (intra-day, weeks and months out) so I myself have learned to respect their math (they have taken me from a 60% hit rate to 80%+ in my trading – all publicly posted live trades).

Premarket Note & Important Start-Up Updates: Dec 1, 2017

Morning all!

It’s December 1, 2017… and I thought with all the recent developments in Crypto and the markets in general at all time highs, the significant milestones we are reaching in our first year start-up (along with challenges) and looking forward to 2018 (and our goals therein)…. I thought it best I provide a simple (informal) premarket note and update our team with where we are at with various initiatives.

This week was a significant challenge on our resources – I just have to be straight up and say that… the Thanksgiving week brought a serious challenge to our models (and it just happened to land right when some of our newer model upgrades were to be released) – the challenge… all the Trading View charts shifted and not only did they shift and every line had to be reset… but some continued to shift. So in short, we normally would have had that fixed sooner but the charting re-balance issues were more significant than most holiday re-balances we have to do…. BUT THEN came the crypto downturn and accompanied challenges with exchanges.

So here’s the bottom line with platform updates and realistic platform milestone targets going forward:

  • Charting Re-balance – Most of the charting is now re-balanced / reset and they started going out yesterday and will continue to be distributed today and in to the weekend. We will have any not complete as of today all sent by the weekend at latest. Again, I appreciate the grace members have extended and I’ve requested Sartaj credit time on any subs affected. I have notified Trading View of the issue and will work toward solutions to this in 2018. I know this update sounds like a broken record but I’d rather keep our team informed and be transparent with our start-up challenges than take other alternative communication options.
  • Reports – The accompanied reports (to go with the charting) did not get processed in large part this week – because of course the charting is the foundation to the reports. With all charts now being completely reset by weekend I don’t see any issue with getting all reports out this weekend for the new week ahead.
  • Coding – Our goal is to start coding our models by the end of January with Oil and Crypto first in line. The goal is also to have all seven models coded by the end of 2018. We also have plans in 2018 for coding swing buy sell triggers and daytrading buy sell triggers. More on this early 2018.
  • Buy Sell Triggers on Charting – Yes, the updates this weekend for next week’s markets will all have the buy sell triggers (even swing platform).
  • Crypto Exchange Challenges – We had a number of challenges with executing orders in the downturn a few days ago. A few accounts were affected and I will be writing a very detailed blog post specific to this topic when all rocks are rolled over to be sure our information is clear and correct. But more than the issues we experienced (the tech side)… the more important thing in my thinking is how we bring those challenges forward in a trading environment as it relates to rules based trading. In other words, trading (at least as it applies to us) should not resemble a casino gamble… on balance a successful trader has to have the edge. A significant post will be written to this end.
  • Complimentary Charting and Reports & Duplicate Emails – As we bring 2017 to a close and the seven algorithm models are completed and our swing platform is finished we are sending some complimentary publications and charting out to various folks that have supported our start up. So if you receive reports that you did not subscribe to… this is why. And the duplicate emails… we’re working on an email distribution system to correct this issue. Some folks are on multiple subscriptions with us and that is why that occurs.
  • Hiring & Interns – 2018 will bring a number of new staff and interns. We have been working with new interns now for the last 3 months and it is a slower training process than we expected. But we want it to be right Our staff / interns have to represent excellence in charting models / trading etc. In summary… we are recruiting now and this will become more significant early 2018.
  • Private Capital Fund – We currently are working with a line-up of partners becoming involved and the regulatory in various jurisdictions surrounding our launch – in early 2018 we will be communicating to the general public and our team more about the details of our plans going forward. At this juncture I can share with you that our fund has serious growth plans in 2018 and the model to which that will scale is disruptive to be sure. More on this early 2018. Bottom line… the response to this fund has been extremely positive – more than we could have ever expected.
  • So bottom line with the charting, the reports and the various challenges with crypto platforms – this weekend should be the final clean-up and all completed charts and reports should be out to members. I wish to once again thank the membership for the patience and grace extended to us in this start up phase.

The Markets & Friday Trading Plan

It seems there is a very real possibility the markets will come off some in the near future. The current markets remind me of two years ago when they sold off in to the new year – right after Christmas the markets opened the new year and Gold rallied and the VIX spiked for a few months. I’m not convinced that is where we are at, but with markets at all time highs I would be cautious.

Today I will be cautious and very likely watch open closely and likely refrain from any large positions. But if opportunity arises I will execute. But all in all I think it is best to use patience here. The crypto trading I am waiting for our conference calls (rolling the rocks over) to conclude and our upcoming publishing of what will become our trading rules for crypto to be out. In other words, I won’t be trading crypto until the new week next week.

I am in an oil short (a very small position) in $DWT at the moment and with the oil bulls bidding it up premarket I /we may be under some pressure. But oil is very near some significant upside resistance on the EPIC model and with conventional charting, so it is yet to be seen if the bulls can follow through. WORST scenario is a small position loss or trading the model with another entry at intra-day resistance and coming out of it with a flat trade. In other words, I would hit the $DWT trade long again at intra day resistance and average out with the goal being a flat trade vs. a loss. We will see how the bulls follow through today and Monday.

The swing trading side (with all the updates planned by weekend at latest)… in general we see a possible Santa Claus rally with a possible sell off occurring shortly thereafter (generally speaking – and we all need to be flexible to the turns so careful with your bias)… anyway, we see a number of swing opportunities in to the rally and out the other side with some expected volatility.

If we end the year with triple digit gains (100% – 400%) in the various areas of the markets we trade – then I would call that a success. In daytrading we are there for sure, swing trading also we will meet that, with the crypto that is yet to be seen but the high side of that goal is very likely and with commodities I also expect to hit our targets. So all in all, even though the last 3 mos have been more challenging than the beginning of the year – it has been a great year.

Private Capital Fund / Personal Trading Going Forward:

The private capital fund will bring slight changes.

The financing of our business build-out was planned to occur by way of either retail memberships, institutional memberships or private fund trading. The retail market is still early and slow on the uptake of the requirement toward #IA intelligent assisted trade (within six years our estimation is that most retails traders will all need it, but until then we’re not waiting and we’ll just be ready on the other side of that awareness curve). The institutional membership growth has been strong and to be sure we meet our growth trajectory goals (development completion timeline targets for launch of digital “intelligent assistance” #AI algorithm models) we are engaging the implementation of a private capital fund.

A few things of consideration:

  1. Following my trades is never condoned. Trade alerts are for the purpose of alerting awareness to something important occurring so that a member can form a thesis of trade and they are also for the purpose of learning when I win and win I fail. This (following trades) will be more difficult going forward because my frequency of trade will increase also.
  2. Trade Alerts. The trade alerts (swing and day) are not guaranteed at any time (in and/or out) however, it is important to note that with a much higher frequency of trade I will be alerting only those trades I expect to last a few hours or longer. If you ask me for targets or thesis type questions on the alert feeds or otherwise it is unlikely you will receive a response. Trade review videos will be posted for that purpose as required.
  3. Type of Trades. We will be trading the algorithm models (the seven we have), day trading and swing trading for the fund.
  4. Trade Sizing. When I alert to the trading room or on a feed I will be alerting the size only specific to the membership base trading. In other words, the size of trade in our private fund is not disclosed.
  5. ROI Objective. We are trading under the goal / target of returning 100% per month. 50% would be very good and 25% is the minimum goal. So at minimum we are looking for 25% ROI per month compounded over 24 months. The fund size and/ or members will not be disclosed.
  6. Term of Project. The term is 24 months (as mentioned above). It is a personal & stakeholder legacy fund / goal retirement project. Others we train as we progress will continue the legacy fund thereafter (as will they continue with our trading services at large).
  7. Trading Platform on Screen. You may see at times (when I am trading my small daytrading account) my actual IB trading platform on the screen. When I trade my accounts (any of them) they may or may not be connected to various other private fund accounts (at different percentages etc).
  8. Sizing Considerations. Because we are also trading a private fund, there will be trades we cannot take that I may otherwise take because the fund trade size will make it difficult for me to chip in and out of and other related liquidity issues.

Wednesday $CMG trade went well for the win, $DWT (oil short) trade went well for the win, and the crypto exchange(s) crash caused some losses on some accounts but we did manage to get out on most accounts. We had a problem with five (more on this soon).

Closed oil short for nice win after adding 2/10. Close $AMMJ swing for small win. $XNET win yesterday was sweet technically. And Bitcoin we are absolutely killing it.

Market open win long $XNET when shorties over stayed their welcome. Beat em with technical know how. Video on deck that explains in detail as it played out live.

Opened 1/10 oil short this morning in premarket – likely hit $DWT hard soon, long Bitcoin yesterday through to bottom and released all but 30% or so on most accounts near recent highs, still in small $VRX, small $SPPI, and $AAOI looking for the run north in to the gap.

Closed $AMBA, $VRX, $LCADF for nice gains. Had a small loss on oil short last week $DWT. Traded Bitcoin all weekend for significant gains in the accounts.

Holding $AMBA 50%, $SPPI, $AAOI

Copy from above: I closed $HMNY for a profit and will continue to watch  for a run. Bitcoin testing ATH and we’re looking at 87’s possible – bought on dips again last night and releasing bits up here. $AAOI still on watch for the follow-through move after wash out in to gap. $AMBA I closed half yesterday for profit. Oil watching for a possible large entry in $DWT soon (oil short ETN) – old my $UWT for a profit yesterday. . $SPPI had a decent day yesterday and still holding.

Also got killed on a short and long flip in $XNET yesterday.

As above, starting to look at cyber crime stocks – $VEEV etc – obvious catalyst with Bitcoin and also with $OSTK. Looks like $TSLA may sell off more so looking at it close for a long if it really washes out.

You will notice the algorithmic modelling has been undeniably accurate with many time-frames (intra-day, weeks and months out) so I myself have learned to respect their math (they have taken me from a 60% hit rate to 80%+ in my trading – all publicly posted live trades).

I do trade morning momo stocks, but I do avoid risk – so often I avoid the first 30 minutes (gap and go) and trade momentum stocks later in the day after the wash-out looking for a snap-back. Private Capital Fund / Personal Trading Going Forward:

The private capital fund will bring slight changes.

The financing of our business build-out was planned to occur by way of either retail memberships, institutional memberships or private fund trading. The retail market is still early and slow on the uptake of the requirement toward #IA intelligent assisted trade (within six years our estimation is that most retails traders will all need it, but until then we’re not waiting and we’ll just be ready on the other side of that awareness curve). The institutional membership growth has been strong and to be sure we meet our growth trajectory goals (development completion timeline targets for launch of digital “intelligent assistance” #AI algorithm models) we are engaging the implementation of a private capital fund.

A few things of consideration:

  1. Following my trades is never condoned. Trade alerts are for the purpose of alerting awareness to something important occurring so that a member can form a thesis of trade and they are also for the purpose of learning when I win and win I fail. This (following trades) will be more difficult going forward because my frequency of trade will increase also.
  2. Trade Alerts. The trade alerts (swing and day) are not guaranteed at any time (in and/or out) however, it is important to note that with a much higher frequency of trade I will be alerting only those trades I expect to last a few hours or longer. If you ask me for targets or thesis type questions on the alert feeds or otherwise it is unlikely you will receive a response. Trade review videos will be posted for that purpose as required.
  3. Type of Trades. We will be trading the algorithm models (the seven we have), day trading and swing trading for the fund.
  4. Trade Sizing. When I alert to the trading room or on a feed I will be alerting the size only specific to the membership base trading. In other words, the size of trade in our private fund is not disclosed.
  5. ROI Objective. We are trading under the goal / target of returning 100% per month. 50% would be very good and 25% is the minimum goal. So at minimum we are looking for 25% ROI per month compounded over 24 months. The fund size and/ or members will not be disclosed.
  6. Term of Project. The term is 24 months (as mentioned above). It is a personal & stakeholder legacy fund / goal retirement project. Others we train as we progress will continue the legacy fund thereafter (as will they continue with our trading services at large).
  7. Trading Platform on Screen. You may see at times (when I am trading my small daytrading account) my actual IB trading platform on the screen. When I trade my accounts (any of them) they may or may not be connected to various other private fund accounts (at different percentages etc).
  8. Sizing Considerations. Because we are also trading a private fund, there will be trades we cannot take that I may otherwise take because the fund trade size will make it difficult for me to chip in and out of and other related liquidity issues.

US Dollar $DXY popped 93.18. Oil $USOIL $WTI 57.72 off overnight and under important support here too again, Gold / Silver moderate and Gold intra day is trading at 1287.00 from 1296.06 yesterday. $SPY is moderate / risk – off, $BTCUSD $XBTUSD is setting new all time highs trading 910945.00 from 9885.90 yesterday and of course we’re killing it and $VIX trading at 10.1 from 9.7 yesterday – off from recent 13’s.

These are not useful for first 30 minute market open gap and go type plays (you need a good momentum scanner, level 2, and best to have hot-keys for the first 30 mins of gap and go trading)… but are very useful for intra day scalping and swing trading (start with trending stocks and then look at indicators intra for simple set-ups – study scan study scan study scan).

Private Capital Fund / Personal Trading Going Forward:

The private capital fund will bring slight changes.

The financing of our business build-out was planned to occur by way of either retail memberships, institutional memberships or private fund trading. The retail market is still early and slow on the uptake of the requirement toward #IA intelligent assisted trade (within six years our estimation is that most retails traders will all need it, but until then we’re not waiting and we’ll just be ready on the other side of that awareness curve). The institutional membership growth has been strong and to be sure we meet our growth trajectory goals (development completion timeline targets for launch of digital “intelligent assistance” #AI algorithm models) we are engaging the implementation of a private capital fund.

A few things of consideration:

  1. Following my trades is never condoned. Trade alerts are for the purpose of alerting awareness to something important occurring so that a member can form a thesis of trade and they are also for the purpose of learning when I win and win I fail. This (following trades) will be more difficult going forward because my frequency of trade will increase also.
  2. Trade Alerts. The trade alerts (swing and day) are not guaranteed at any time (in and/or out) however, it is important to note that with a much higher frequency of trade I will be alerting only those trades I expect to last a few hours or longer. If you ask me for targets or thesis type questions on the alert feeds or otherwise it is unlikely you will receive a response. Trade review videos will be posted for that purpose as required.
  3. Type of Trades. We will be trading the algorithm models (the seven we have), day trading and swing trading for the fund.
  4. Trade Sizing. When I alert to the trading room or on a feed I will be alerting the size only specific to the membership base trading. In other words, the size of trade in our private fund is not disclosed.
  5. ROI Objective. We are trading under the goal / target of returning 100% per month. 50% would be very good and 25% is the minimum goal. So at minimum we are looking for 25% ROI per month compounded over 24 months. The fund size and/ or members will not be disclosed.
  6. Term of Project. The term is 24 months (as mentioned above). It is a personal & stakeholder legacy fund / goal retirement project. Others we train as we progress will continue the legacy fund thereafter (as will they continue with our trading services at large).
  7. Trading Platform on Screen. You may see at times (when I am trading my small daytrading account) my actual IB trading platform on the screen. When I trade my accounts (any of them) they may or may not be connected to various other private fund accounts (at different percentages etc).
  8. Sizing Considerations. Because we are also trading a private fund, there will be trades we cannot take that I may otherwise take because the fund trade size will make it difficult for me to chip in and out of and other related liquidity issues.

US Dollar $DXY trading pressure continues 92.87. Oil $USOIL $WTI 57.66 off overnight and under important support, Gold / Silver up moderately and Gold intra day is trading at 1296.06. $SPY is moderate / risk – off, $BTCUSD $XBTUSD is setting new all time highs trading 9885.90 and $VIX trading at 9.7 – off from recent 13’s.

Opened 1/10 oil short this morning in premarket – likely hit $DWT hard soon, long Bitcoin yesterday through to bottom and released all but 30% or so on most accounts near recent highs, still in small $VRX, small $SPPI, and $AAOI looking for the run north in to the gap.

Closed $AMBA, $VRX, $LCADF for nice gains. Had a small loss on oil short last week $DWT. Traded Bitcoin all weekend for significant gains in the accounts.

Bitcoin testing ATH and we’re looking at 87’s possible – bought on dips again last night and releasing bits up here. $AAOI still on watch for the follow-through move after wash out in to gap. $AMBA I closed half yesterday for profit. Oil watching for a possible large entry in $DWT soon (oil short ETN) – old my $UWT for a profit yesterday. . $SPPI had a decent day yesterday and still holding.

If you are new to our trading service you should review recent blog posts, the Compound Trading YouTube Channel and at minimum our algorithm Twitter feeds because they do tell a story in terms of the market and how the inflections of the market determine our day to day trading. You will notice the algorithmic modelling has been undeniably accurate with many time-frames (intra-day, weeks and months out) so I myself have learned to respect their math (they have taken me from a 60% hit rate to 80%+ in my trading – all publicly posted live trades).

I do trade morning momo stocks, but I do avoid risk – so often I avoid the first 30 minutes (gap and go) and trade momentum stocks later in the day after the wash-out looking for a snap-back. Bitcoin had a wild weekend and yet again this morning testing ATH and we’re looking at 9800’s possible today (trading 9723.00). $AAOI still on watch for the follow-through move after wash out in to gap. Oil watching for a possible large entry in $DWT soon (oil short ETN). $SPPI still holding and looking for it to run out of it’s gap and go set-up. 

$TAN and $CLDX interest me and $TWLO and $VRX are on my watch.

$MARA premarket up 41% trading 8.40 on #crypto, #blockchain mania. Also has an #AI slant.

US Dollar $DXY trading pressure continues 92.79. Oil $USOIL $WTI continues its bull trend 58.29 and off a tad overnight, Gold / Silver in flat range intra day is trading at 1294.40. $SPY is moderate / risk – off, $BTCUSD $XBTUSD is setting new all time highs trading 9689.00 and $VIX trading at 10.0 – off from recent 13’s.

Recent / Current Holds, Open and Closed Trades

Closed $AMBA, $VRX, $LCADF for nice gains. Had a small loss on oil short last week $DWT. Traded Bitcoin all weekend for significant gains in the accounts.

Bitcoin testing ATH and we’re looking at 87’s possible – bought on dips again last night and releasing bits up here. $AAOI still on watch for the follow-through move after wash out in to gap. $AMBA I closed half yesterday for profit. Oil watching for a possible large entry in $DWT soon (oil short ETN) – old my $UWT for a profit yesterday. . $SPPI had a decent day yesterday and still holding.

Recent trades in $ROKU and $VRX have gone well. Hold $WYNN swing trade going very well, Gold short going well from Friday, $SNAP very small position needs to be traded out of and $AAOI swing trade is improving. $SPPI swing trade I may have to cut at a small loss.

Back in Bitcoin and doing well obviously with overnight trade, holding $AAOI (survived ER), holding 1 small $SNAP position, $SPPI swing holding, $WYNN holding and going well as is $FB small position(s). Holding small oil play through EIA. Watching Gold here with weekly chart bullish slant.

You will notice the algorithmic modelling has been undeniably accurate with many time-frames (intra-day, weeks and months out) so I myself have learned to respect their math (they have taken me from a 60% hit rate to 80%+ in my trading – all publicly posted live trades).

I do trade morning momo stocks, but I do avoid risk – so often I avoid the first 30 minutes (gap and go) and trade momentum stocks later in the day after the wash-out looking for a snap-back. Just prior to open and shortly after open I post momentum stocks to the trade chat room (and Twitter and Stocktwits if I have time).

Free scanners to find momentum stocks that you can easily review charts of for indicators that bring probability of your trade being successful up considerably. These are not useful for first 30 minute market open gap and go type plays (you need a good momentum scanner, level 2, and best to have hot-keys for the first 30 mins of gap and go trading)… but are very useful for intra day scalping and swing trading (start with trending stocks and then look at indicators intra for simple set-ups – study scan study scan study scan).
