If this is your first time visiting, IT IS IMPORTANT that you review my recent Gold reports on this blog and my Twitter feed because one post will not do you any good. You need to know the time and price cycle we are currently in at any given time and what the primary alpha algo targets most recently are so you have perspective. These reports are a running story of price action (each one just being a piece of the story) that are designed with the intent to provide you the trader an edge. An edge is not possible unless you have the whole story.

How My Algorithm Works and Availability:

I am an algorithm in development. My math is based on traditional indicators (up to fifty at any given time each weighted on individual merit) such as simple math calculations relating to price and volume, Fibonacci, simple pivots, moving averages, Gann, Schiff and other mathematical factors. I do not yet have AI or Geo integration – only math. I am not a high frequency or bot type algorithm – I am to be used (represented on a chart) as a probability indicator to give our trader’s an edge when triggering entries and exits on trades with instruments that rely on the price of Gold.

Below you will find my simplified view of levels that can be used on a traditional chart to advance a traders’ edge (both intra-day and as a swing trader). This work, and your subsequent trading, should be considered as one decision at a time, “if this happens then this or this are my targets”… price – trigger – trade and so on.

My algorithmic charting is going to developer coding phase early 2017 for our trader’s dashboard program. I am not an automated bot or high frequency type algorithm. Please review my algorithm development process.

Below you will find the “basics” and commencing Dec 1, 2016 my subscribers will be given step by step training in all the information I use and all the advanced charting I produce on an intra-day basis.

Indicators:

As I explained above, my algorithm is a mash-up of up to fifty traditional indicators at any one time – each one given its own weight in accordance to its accuracy (win rate). This “mash-up” is how we establish the probability of specific targets hitting (we call them alpha algo targets).

Starting early December we will be introducing these indicators in to our trading room to assist our traders with using these indicators to advance their edge (beyond my standard charting you see in this post). We will also work with intra-day quadrants for the intra-day snipes.

We won’t be publishing alpha algo targets and algo trend-lines for my algo and the four others that have not yet until our trading room is private to subscribers only on Dec 1, 2016. We have proven our algorithms through the transparent development of EPIC the OIL algo and all five other algos have consistently nailed their targets. In addition to chat, this trade-room has live voice broadcast (that covers in detail what indicators I am looking for in and out off each trade) and has live chart screen sharing right from my monitor to the room with all indicators I am looking at.

Overview Perspective & Review of Chart Room, Trades and Alerts:

Today was for me was $UCO long earlier in day that went well and $SGY entry that is a bag. I looked up my bad holding from last 12 months and I got out of 13 of 15 so hopefully this is the case with $SGY. I now have $JUNO, $CBMX and $SGY (3 current bags).

Primary Lessons That May Help Your Trades:

The $UCO trade was executed well – just wish it was larger. The $SGY trade was executed poorly – I went in to FOMO mode right at high of day because the tape was squeezing and oil was close to another break-out and to add to it I didn’t cut fast. But I did hold because I have traded it before – it does spike and I think oil early next year has a high probability of 60+. I have other reasons for holding too – but I should have cut. My $JUNO trade is a bottom trade that I’m comfortable with holding. All in all a fairly undisciplined day – not my style normally.

My Stock Trading Plan for Thursday Dec 1, 2016 in Chatroom. $GOLD $SILVER $USOIL $WTI, $USD/JPY $SPY $VIX $NATGAS … more.

Welcome to the Thursday Wall Street trading short day session! There isn’t much new here – we’ve been unusually busy with algos! When free time allows today we will be reviewing algos in the room etc.

Algo work – EPIC is going to Patent this Monday – expect significant price increases this weekend. We will grandfather existing subs – yes. EPIC also is going to have 24 hour room of his own and futures trading starting sometime Jan. GOLD and SILVER algo price increases this weekend also. DXY SPY VIX beta algos published over coming days not weeks.

Market Outlook

Momentum Stocks (Market Open and Intra-Day):

I do trade morning momo stocks (at times), but I do avoid risk – so often I avoid the first 30 minutes (gap and go) and trade momentum stocks later in the day after the wash-out looking for a snap-back. Just prior to open and shortly after open I post momentum stocks to the trade chat room (and Twitter if I have time).

Some of my Favorite Set-Ups:

(1) Momentum Stock Wash-Outs for Snap Back, (2) Bad News Wash-outs on Stocks with High Institutional Ownership, (3) Getting on the Right Side of a Trend Change and (4) Our Algorithm Set-Ups.

The momentum stocks (from previous days and morning trade) I continue to watch through the day for indicators that allow a trade.

Regular Trades:

S & P 500: $SPY ($SPXL, $SPXS)

Outlook: My bias is still to new highs – I warned Friday of a pull-back and it could be here and Monday morning and it came. I’m looking for a long entry soon. I’m thinking we don’t see it cool again until near Christmas – we’ll see.

My Trading Plan: Right now I am trading $XIV instead of $SPXL or $SPXS. I do this because we are in a trend of crushed volatility. Now, when that changes and volatility starts to rise again (even if $SPY is rising at the same time) then I’ll flip over to trading $SPXL and $SPXS instead of $XIV.

Volatility: $VIX ($TVIX, $UVXY, $XIV)

Outlook: As warned Friday volatility was getting cheap and a pop was imminent and we got it. I expect volatility to get crushed between now and Christmas. Again, we’ll see.

Watch for volatility to rise on a trend – even if $SPY is still rising – volatility is a great indicator for what’s around the corner.

My Trading Plan for Volatility: I will likely follow that trend with $TVIX $UVXY $XIV buys at range pivots / pending price action, volume and other geo events.

Currencies and Other Global Markets: $DXY US Dollar Index ($UUP US Dollar Bull, $UDN British Pound, $USD/JPY, $FXY Japanese Yen Trust, $CNY China, $TZA, $SMK / $EWW Mexico Capped ETF)

Inflection point. No clear direction. Our $DXY algo had 100.50 as a PT so I’m watching. Lots of fundamentals at work here and geo.

My Trading Plan for Currencies / Global Markets:

Per previous;

$UUP (long US Dollar) seems to be a bit extended obviously, so this opportunity is a tad long in the tooth if you ask me – same with $USD/JPY. So for $GOLD and the miners $GDX watch the $USD/JPY closedly.

Gold: $GLD ($UGLD, $DGLD). Miners: $GDX ($NUGT, $DUST, $JDST, $JNUG)

Review Rosie the Gold Algo posts. We’re waiting for a market direction and then algo will calculate targets.

My Trading Plan for Gold:

Per previous;

I haven’t started to take trades yet because I am waiting for “price – trigger – trade” set-ups. I will start chewing around the edges of stocks like $NUGT and $GLD likely – very possibly today. The idea is to get on the right side of the trade and trend.

Other equities I like for Gold Trade: $AUMN (penny stock)

Silver: $SLV ($USLV, $DSLV)

Same as Gold – we’re waiting for a decision from market so we can get algo targets.

My Plan for Trading Silver:

Per previous;

Same as Gold, I’m waiting for the “price – trigger – trade” set-ups… I am going to start chewing around the edges of stocks when set-up confirms like $USLV and $SLV attempting to get on right side of trend trade.

Other equities I like for Silver trade: $AUMN (penny stock)

Crude Oil FX: $USOIL $WTI ($UWTI, $DWTI, $GUSH, $ERX, $DRIP, $ERY, $USO, $UCO, $SCO, $CL_F)

Outlook: Per previous

We are bullish oil and have been for some time (since it bottomed in its most recent trading range).

Trading Plan: Oil equities.

BUT there is the 200 day on the 1 week chart – omminous! It could be resistance.

Free scanners to find momentum stocks that you can easily review charts of for indicators that bring probability of your trade being successful up considerably. These are not useful for first 30 minute market open gap and go type plays (you need a good momentum scanner, level 2, and best to have hot-keys for the first 30 mins of gap and go trading)… but are very useful for intra day scalping (start with trending stocks and then look at indicators intra for simple set-ups – study scan study scan study scan).

From Tuesday:

Today was a day of review of inflecton point charts in $USD/JPY, $SILVER, $GOLD, $DXY, $SPY, $NATGAS etc. Spent some time in the afternoon going over levels to watch.

Trader’s were obviously aware of levels Wednesday when morning run-up occurred and OPEC deal came being that we reviewed oil algo targets / charting etc day befo

Nobody nowhere ever has EPIC hit rate – none.

And @RosietheAlgo and @SuperNovaAlgo won’t be far behind. The other three are likely a few months yet. Existing subs will be grandfathered (which is how it will work with all our algos as they roll out).

Why am I on about all this? Cause we get a lot of “special” people on social media etc… gets a little long in the tooth sometimes.

From Tuesday:

Also, we are waiting for OPEC decision. I am long $UWTI from late Friday.

Wednesday was in fact about oil. Epic nailed the target at 10:30 predicted last week on his feed and we reviewed in detail the new algo targets. It was also about oil companies and shippers got a bit jiggy and yes $GENE and $SCON got ramp room.

I see $GOLD and $SILVER are once again testing Rosie and SuperNova’s price targets in overnight.

Primary Lessons That May Help Your Trades:

My $UWTI long…I sold too early – I can do the math on the algo but I can’t trade it like I know math. Pure and simple.

$GOLD and $SILVER per previous comments;

So far we’ve play $GOLD and $SILVER right waiting for the inflection trend reverse.

$SPY per previous comments;

I haven’t taken a trade on recently, perhaps should have entered on this most recent pull-back, looking for position soon again.

Previous comments;

The $SPY play I had set properly prior to election has played out exactly as predicted and didn’t really capitalize like I could have so far – but it hasn’t exactly been a face ripper like Brexit or last Jan or last Sept (all of which I caught) – it’s been much more orderly so I’ve spent my energy preparing for the trend reverse.

I AM GOING LONG $SPY SOON. And then it should tank sometime between Christmas and May – we’ll see. Should.

I should also say I will be hammering down on some longer term swing plays soon. Time-frame likely 2 weeks to 4 months type of plays. Market is improving. Looking for other side of inflection of course. Why do I emphasize that soooo much??? Because if you’ve been following me at all you will know I’ve been scalping only for months. There’s a time to scalp a time to swing and a time to hammer down. SO YOU WILL SEE A DIFFERENT TRADER WHEN IT COMES TO SWINGS ETC. MUCH bigger entries and LONGER HOLDS and ESCALATED ENTRIES. I scalp to stay in the market when its f’d and I like to keep in the heartbeat and I like to reset my basics and discipline etc etc. Anyway, I believe I can see the directions in general terms fairly clear now whereas the last 18 months has been off for me – I didn’t like Obama at all. Zero. None. Ugh. Terrible. I’m not a left or right I’m a capitalist I guess so more right but a lot of me is left so I’m me. I just didn’t like his ways.Trump will be much more predictable and capitalist predictable I guess is what I’m saying. Just want to make it clear so any that aren’t clear have it clear clear clear cause I can’t stand “you didn’t tell me or you told me this” comments. Hate them. Review of my Chat Room Stock Day Trades and Alerts for Tuesday Nov 29, 2016. $CBMX, $GLBS, $DRYS, $SHIP, $UWTI, OPEC, $USOIL, $WTI, OIL and more.

Intro:

Overview Perspective of Chart Room, Trades and Alerts:

Today was a day of review of inflecton point charts in $USD/JPY, $SILVER, $GOLD, $DXY, $SPY, $NATGAS etc. Spent some time in the afternoon going over levels to watch. As we get in to Dec with members only I will be reviewing in more depth including algorithm details. So this will be normal practice in quiet periods in room. I am also booking some guest speakers for those times.

Also, we are waiting for OPEC decison. I am long $UWTI from late Friday.

And then there were the Shippers and some BIO runners today for those of us tired of sitting on our hands during inflection – I made my donation – twice.

Primary Lessons That May Help Your Trades:

My $UWTI long… previous comments;

I took a trade on $UWTI at the wrong time on the chart – didn’t get on right side of it. I sold in morning to be sure I got out (OPEC has me pensive) and then took a position later when it “looked like” price action was going to get away on me —-> FOMO is what that is called. Oh well, can’t win them all – haven’t lost it yet – but definitely on wrong side of trade so far and that’s not the edge a trader wants.

So now it’s hard to say – in overnight trading oil is up 4.83%.

$GOLD and $SILVER per previous comments;

So far we’ve play $GOLD and $SILVER right waiting for the inflection trend reverse.

$SPY, I haven’t taken a trade on recently, perhaps should have entered on this most recent pull-back, looking for position soon again. Previous comments;

The $SPY play I had set properly prior to election has played out exactly as predicted and didn’t really capitalize like I could have so far – but it hasn’t exactly been a face ripper like Brexit or last Jan or last Sept (all of which I caught) – it’s been much more orderly so I’ve spent my energy preparing for the trend reverse.

$CBMX, this is my LESSON OF THE DAY. I don’t know how many times I have to learn this one…. cut fast. Anyway, I’m under water on it so we’ll see. It is a smaller position in my swing account so it isn’t that concerning but still a bad move. The way I play this is to hammer down two more times at inflection points on the wash-out with tight stops.

Market Outlook

Momentum Stocks (Market Open and Intra-Day):

I posted a video series this weekend on wash-out snap-backs.

Some of my Favorite Set-Ups:

(1) Momentum Stock Wash-Outs for Snap Back, (2) Bad News Wash-outs on Stocks with High Institutional Ownership, (3) Getting on the Right Side of a Trend Change and (4) Our Algorithm Set-Ups.

Outlook: My bias is still to new highs – I warned Friday of a pull-back and it could be here and Monday morning and it came.

$SPY Intra Day Trading – White arrow was alert on blog of imminent pull back.

Volatility: $VIX ($TVIX, $UVXY, $XIV)

Outlook: As warned Friday volatility was getting cheap and a pop was imminent and we got it.

$VIX White arrow was blog post warning of imminent elevation in price.

I expect volatility at market inflection points and then continue to get crushed. Watch for volatility to rise on a trend – even if $SPY is still rising – volatility is a great indicator for what’s around the corner.

My Trading Plan for Volatility: I will likely follow that trend with $TVIX $UVXY $XIV buys at range pivots / pending price action, volume and other geo events.

Currencies and Other Global Markets: $DXY US Dollar Index ($UUP US Dollar Bull, $UDN British Pound, $USD/JPY, $FXY Japanese Yen Trust, $CNY China, $TZA, $SMK / $EWW Mexico Capped ETF)

Outlook: From yesterday blog

“As I warned last week “Be careful here now because the $USD/JPY chart (although not broken and still bullish) is showing a rounded top forming. So the chart is changing now – caution IMO. It did also hit a Fib extension and bounced off a Fib support and is sitting between two Fib points”.

Watch it close – I expected a pull-back but expect it to run again.”

It’s running again.

$USDJPY Blog at first arrow warned of pull-back and at second arrow that it could take off again.

My Trading Plan for Currencies / Global Markets: $UUP (long US Dollar) seems to be a bit extended obviously, so this opportunity is a tad long in the tooth if you ask me – same with $USD/JPY. So for $GOLD and the miners $GDX watch the $USD/JPY closedly.

Emerging markets should be watched close now very closely IMO ($EEM, $EEV, $EDZ)

Gold: $GLD ($UGLD, $DGLD). Miners: $GDX ($NUGT, $DUST, $JDST, $JNUG)

My Trading Plan for Gold: I haven’t started to take trades yet because I am waiting for “price – trigger – trade” set-ups. I will start chewing around the edges of stocks like $NUGT and $GLD likely – very possibly today. The idea is to get on the right side of the trade and trend.

Other equities I like for Gold Trade: $AUMN (penny stock)

Silver: $SLV ($USLV, $DSLV)

My Plan for Trading Silver: Same as Gold, I’m waiting for the “price – trigger – trade” set-ups… I am going to start chewing around the edges of stocks when set-up confirms like $USLV and $SLV attempting to get on right side of trend trade.

Crude Oil FX: $USOIL $WTI ($UWTI, $DWTI, $GUSH, $ERX, $DRIP, $ERY, $USO, $UCO, $SCO, $CL_F)

IMPORTANT: Watch out for OPEC! Decision to come at latest tomorrow Nov 30 they say!

Outlook: We are bullish oil and have been for some time (since it bottomed in its most recent trading range).

Trading Plan: Of course I am waiting for OPEC decision but am in long $UWTI on small position in swing account. I commented on this in trading review from last night.

Natural Gas: ($UGAZ, $DGAZ):

As I said, was waiting for 3.10 with back test.

BUT there is the 200 day on the 1 week chart – omminous!

$NATGAS Looks like a possible short at 200 day on 1 week to me.

Overview Perspective of Chart Room, Trades and Alerts:

Second quiet day in a row for me. There were some runners today $PZRX, $AIRI, $EPIX $HTBX, $TIME and a few more…. but didn’t catch any – small cap bios really. $GLBS got halted and offering of course and tank – a LESSON THERE FOR SURE – very dangerous plays they are. I love the GURUS that post their short positions after the halt – whatever. And the standard plays (Gold, Silver, Dollar, etc) we work with are still at inflection but it looks like that’s almost over. Tomorrow is GDP and EIA and other interesting things like OPEC are coming soon.

At time of writing Gold is trading at 1186.80. Some thoughts that may help advance you trading edge;

Last report I presented caution:

The price has not yet (if it will in fact) come done to touch the bottom of the quadrant it is in – important observation because 90% of the time Gold does in fact do that before a trend change. Quadrant lines are blue on that chart.

Price is still under the 200 MA on the 15 min – if you’re wanting to scalp a daytrade I would wait for that to line up potentially.

Price has been respecting the Fibonacci support levels as it is stepping down.

The Fib 236 just happens to line up almost perfectly with bottom of that quadrant touch that is missing in 90% of trend reversals.

You will want to watch this close! Review the chart and view how price action handles a new quadrant when price enters it! This is important!

Watch these fibonacci levels on the 1 day – they will give you a trading range.

Taking a trade long until these are lined up isn’t a great idea.

Price – Trigger – Trade. If you don’t know what this means you need to do some study. Google. Wait for your trigger before you trade it follks! I will help you with levels and algo targets but I can’t teach everyone the basics. Not trying to be cheeky – just fact. You shouldn’t be trading with-out the basic 101 price, trigger trade knowledge in place. Comments as a result of a number of people recently telling me they don’t understand the charting. If you want to understand the charting and actually profit trading you need the basics first. $STUDY.

Indicators:

As I explained above, my Silver algorithm is a mash-up of up to fifty traditional indicators at any one time – each one given its own weight in accordance to its accuracy (win rate). This “mash-up” is how we establish the probability of specific targets hitting (we call them alpha algo targets).

Momentum Stocks (Market Open and Intra-Day):

I posted a video series this weekend on wash-out snap-backs.

Some of my Favorite Set-Ups:

(1) Momentum Stock Wash-Outs for Snap Back, (2) Bad News Wash-outs on Stocks with High Institutional Ownership, (3) Getting on the Right Side of a Trend Change and (4) Our Algorithm Set-Ups.

The momentum stocks (from previous days and morning trade) I continue to watch through the day for indicators that allow a trade.

Regular Trades:

S & P 500: $SPY ($SPXL, $SPXS)

Outlook: My bias is still to new highs – I warned Friday of a pull-back and it could be here – so watch close now.

Volatility: $VIX ($TVIX, $UVXY, $XIV)

Outlook: As warned Friday volatility was becoming cheap insurance – it’s getting a pop this morning – so watch carefully now. I expect volatility at market inflection points and then continue to get crushed. Watch for volatility to rise on a trend – even if $SPY is still rising – volatility is a great indicator for what’s around the corner.

My Trading Plan for Volatility: I will likely follow that trend with $TVIX $UVXY $XIV buys at range pivots / pending price action, volume and other geo events.

Currencies and Other Global Markets: $DXY US Dollar Index ($UUP US Dollar Bull, $UDN British Pound, $USD/JPY, $FXY Japanese Yen Trust, $CNY China, $TZA, $SMK / $EWW Mexico Capped ETF)

Outlook: As I warned last week “Be careful here now because the $USD/JPY chart (although not broken and still bullish) is showing a rounded top forming. So the chart is changing now – caution IMO. It did also hit a Fib extension and bounced off a Fib support and is sitting between two Fib points”.

Watch it close – I expected a pull-back but expect it to run again.

Emerging markets should be watched close now very closely IMO ($EEM, $EEV, $EDZ)

Gold: $GLD ($UGLD, $DGLD). Miners: $GDX ($NUGT, $DUST, $JDST, $JNUG)

My Trading Plan for Gold: I will start chewing around the edges of stocks like $NUGT and $GLD likely – very possibly today. The idea is to get on the right side of the trade and trend.

Other equities I like for Gold Trade: $AUMN (penny stock)

Silver: $SLV ($USLV, $DSLV)

As with Gold, there is a full blog post this morning so I will ask you to refer to it. Silver blog post update this morning.

My Plan for Trading Silver: Same as Gold, I’m going to start chewing around the edges of stocks like $USLV and $SLV attempting to get on right side of trend trade.

Crude Oil FX: $USOIL $WTI ($UWTI, $DWTI, $GUSH, $ERX, $DRIP, $ERY, $USO, $UCO, $SCO, $CL_F)

Outlook: We are bullish oil and have been for some time (since it bottomed in its most recent trading range).

Trading Plan: We have been successfully trading the range with various instruments in the trading room.

Natural Gas: ($UGAZ, $DGAZ):

As I said, was waiting for 3.10 with back test – it’s back testing now!
